Delivery

Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Friday may not be dispatched until the next working day.

If you choose to pay for Guaranteed Next Day Royal Mail delivery within the UK, orders must be placed before 1pm. Deliveries will arrive on the next working day, i.e. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please make sure you provide a phone number when you place an order, so we can call you if we need to discuss it and avoid delays waiting for an email reply. We will not use your phone number for marketing or pass it to anyone else.

Delays and Lost Parcels

Cheshire Lasers cannot be held responsible for any losses or delays caused by Royal Mail delivery.

If you chose Next Day Special Delivery and your item arrives later than stated, you are entitled to make a claim from Royal Mail. We are happy to provide copies of any documentation that will help your claim. We have no control over the delay or the claim and accept no responsibility for any error caused by Royal Mail.

First Class Recorded Delivery parcels sent by Royal Mail are only deemed to be lost if your item has not been delivered 14 working days after postage. If your parcel has not arrived by then and Royal Mail accept they have lost your order, we are happy to send out a new item or give you a refund.

If Royal Mail claim your parcel has been delivered and have proof of delivery, and Cheshire Lasers has addressed your items to the delivery address you gave us, it is your responsibility to contact Royal Mail and place a complaint or claim with Royal Mail to resolve the situation.

Prescription and Medical Skincare Items

We cannot sell all of our skincare online due to restrictions on some medical and prescription products. For many items you must consult with us first, and the stock level will show as 0. We are also unable to display the prices of selected medical skincare items, and prescription items cannot be listed on our website.
